Your parent or LEGAL guardian has to sign our
insurance company’s waiver of liability.
They have to do this
IN PERSON AT THE PARK.
If this is not possible, download and print the waiver
and have your parent
GET IT NOTARIZED.
If
your parent can’t come here and you don’t get the waiver
notarized,
you can’t ride.
This
is an insurance company requirement.
Getting it notarized is easy.
Have your parent take the waiver to the bank.
The bank has a notary.
The notary will witness your parent’s signature
and will put a stamp on the waiver.
You bring the NOTARIZED waiver with you, and
you’re good to go.
